Project: As is common
with all the Maggie’s schemes, the design is highly individual. It incorporates
an exposed structural steel frame, green roof coverings, anodised aluminium
profiled eaves and natural oak vertical board cladding. The project has extensive,
high quality internal finishes, including stone floors and natural oak column
casings. A substantial lighting scheme has been installed as well as under
floor heating. The scheme also included the repair and refurbishment of an
existing listed Victorian lodge, previously used by the NHS as an office.
As with all Maggie’s schemes extensive landscaping was incorporated
including a large natural oak pergola.
