Project: The refurbishment of a Grade II listed Georgian London house. The property had been extensively refurbished in the seventies to provide five flats. The project required the external restoration and the internal remodelling to provide three modern, well appointed letting apartments and one large duplex apartment. This included the restoration of the original drawing room.
