Project: The complete refurbishment of a detached Victorian town house in Belsize Park, London. The house has been extensively remodelled to open up key living rooms and provide a new master suite, comprising of a bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and gym. The top two floors are a children’s floor and guest floor, both with en-suite facilities. Extensive landscaping connects the lower ground floor with the rear garden via a sunken terrace and stepped retaining walls that form planters. A lowered terrace, at the side of the house, forms the new front entrance to the kitchen.
